Sa pag-araru ng itim na SUV, may 3 injured na katao samantala, nakakalungkot ang balitang may dalawang binawian ng buhay sa mga nasagasaan kabilang na ang batang babae na may edad na 4 years old.
ang batang babae na pumanaw ay maghahatid lang sana sa kanyang ama na isang OFW.
Base sa official statement ng New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC), tumama umano ang naturang sasakyan sa outer railing at pumasok sa walkway malapit sa terminal entrance ng naturang airport.
Kasalukuyan nang nasa custody ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang driver ng SUV habang ginagamot na ang mga taong nasugatan sa insidente.
Ayon sa social media post ng Philippine Red Cross : “At around 8:55 AM, a sports utility vehicle (SUV) crashed through the outer railing and walkway before slamming into the entrance of the Departure Area at NAIA Terminal 1 in Pasay City.
“The incident tragically resulted in the casualties of two individuals—a male adult and a 4-year-old girl.Â
“The driver of the SUV is currently in the custody of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
“Authorities have since secured the area, with access limited to authorized personnel from the New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC), PNP, and the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Security, who are actively conducting a full investigation. Representatives from the Manila International Airport (MIA) are also present on site.” dagdag pa ng PRC.
